Summer School 2022

 

 

THE SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS BEEN CHANGED - PLEASE READ BELOW

 

Students who are interested in attending summer school will enter their choice

in School Links where their Counselor will approve it.  

 

  • Once approved and submitted, fees will be added to your account.
  • An email will be sent after the fee is added.
  • Once the fee has been paid, your student will be registered.

 

Incoming Freshmen will be able to register for Summer School starting February 17, in the North Associate Principal's office.

Summer School Dates:

Summer School Semester 1: June 9-27 (June 19, school closed)
Summer School Semester 2: June 30 - July 18 (July 4, school closed)
Days/Times: Mondays-Fridays, 8 a.m.-12:50 p.m.

 

Summer School classes are in-person.  Student's are allowed up to 2 days absence each semester.  If a student is absent more than 2 days, they are dropped from the class.  If your student is going to be absent for any part of the day, please call the absence line at (708) 335-5601.


 

Enrichment:

The courses listed below are for those students who would like to open up a space in their schedule for the Fall.

  • Biology Honors (Freshmen only, and by application only) Click here

  • World History CP & H
  • US History CP & H
  • US Government/Politics CP & H
  • Economics CP & H

 

Credit Recovery: 

The courses below are for those students who have failed a class during the school year.

  • English:  English 1, English 2, and English 3
  • Math:  Integrated Math 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2/Trigonometry
  • Science:  Biology, Chemistry

Summer 2025 Driver Education

   

Open to D233 students who will be at least 16 years old on or before Nov. 1, 2025, and have sophomore status. 

Pre-Registration will be ONLINE, February 3, 2025

Classroom Session:

June 3-30  •  Mondays-Fridays  •  2:05-3:50 p.m.

(No Class June 19)

Fee: $75

 

Behind the Wheel Sessions:

Session 1: June 3-10

Session 2: June 11-18

Session 3: June 20-27

Fee: $100

 

 

SPOTS WILL BE FILLED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS


Students must have completed Driver Education Classroom before taking Behind the Wheel
