Student Supports

At Homewood-Flossmoor High School, we are committed to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of every student.

Our Student Supports team provides a range of services and resources to help students thrive, including academic planning, behavioral health guidance, and personalized support plans designed to foster resilience, confidence, and success. We believe that when students feel understood and supported in all aspects of their development, they are empowered to reach their fullest potential both in and outside the classroom.

MTSS

A Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) system is designed to intervene when students are identified as having specific learning or behavioral need(s), support them with specific and targeted interventions, monitor their progress, and ensure they succeed.
