Strategic Plan
As we chart a course for the future of Homewood-Flossmoor High School, we are excited to embark on a strategic planning journey that values the diverse perspectives and voices of our community. This collaborative effort has produced an actionable plan to guide HF over the next five years and beyond.
Partnering with Dr. Gregory Hutchings, founder and CEO of Revolutionary ED, an inclusive committee—comprising students, families, staff, school board members, and community leaders—came together to set priorities and goals that will shape the future of HF. Their unique insights and experiences have been essential in building a shared vision that reflects the hopes and aspirations of our entire community.
