Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School is conducting an IB Program Perceptions Survey as part of a program review in collaboration with Hanover Research.
We are seeking input from current students and recent alumni who have taken at least one IB course at Homewood-Flossmoor High School, as well as their families and staff members. We want to know your perceptions of and experiences with Homewood Flossmoor’s IB courses and diploma program. Your responses will help us understand student needs so we can best serve them.
Families, we are using the most current contact information the school has on file, however we know alumni may no longer live at the same address or have the same email. Please share this survey request with your HF alumnus to help us assure as robust of a response as possible.
All information provided will be maintained on a confidential basis by Hanover Research and will only be reported to HF in an anonymous form (i.e., name and identifying information such as race and gender will not be shared with the district or tied to your responses), so please be candid in your responses.
The survey will not take a lot of time to complete and will be invaluable in our program review. Please respond to the survey by Friday, December 1, 2023.
