2022 Illinois State Scholars Announced
Illinois State Scholar LogoThe Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) has announced that 56 students at Homewood-Flossmoor Community High School have been named 2022-23 Illinois State Scholars. The 2022-23 Illinois State Scholars represent approximately the top 10 percent of high school seniors from 726 high schools in Illinois. The H-F scholars are:

They were chosen based on a combination of ACT/SAT test scores, class rank and class size. While the State Scholar recognition does not include a monetary prize, honorees will receive a personalized Certificate of Achievement from ISAC and access to a digital Illinois State Scholar badge to display on their online profiles.
