Public Use of Fieldhouse Track

The Fieldhouse Track is open to HF community walkers from 6 a.m. - 7 a.m., Monday through Thursday, when school is in session from November through February, unless there is a scheduled event occurring.

Non-community guests are not permitted to walk in the Fieldhouse.

You must have a completed HF waiver and release form approved prior to use.

Private consultants are not permitted to conduct paid personal training sessions.

The District reserves the right to cancel scheduled use of facilities, if necessary.

No other part of the North Building will be open for the public to use.

Fire exits and doorways must be kept clear and all hallways made passable at all times.

The use, possession, and distribution of alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, and tobacco products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and loss of facilities usage privileges.

Any display of poor conduct, abusive language, fighting, or willful destruction of the facilities will result in disciplinary action, charge for repair, and removal from the facilities.

Any injury must be reported to the District Fieldhouse Supervisor immediately. A completed accident report will be required.

Access to the Athletic Training Rooms and first aid equipment is not provided. However, AEDs are available for emergencies.

At no time shall an individual or group distribute marketing materials or political literature on District property, post on District property, or place on vehicles parked on District property.

There will be no writing on the floor or walls of the facilities.

The HF Track & Field mats are not to be used for any purpose other than HF Track & Field practices and competitions. Therefore, eating/sleeping/sitting/playing on the mats is not permitted.

Appropriate attire is required, including non-marking, clean shoes.

No spikes are allowed on the track or any surface.

No ball playing allowed.

Bicycles, rollerblades, and skateboards are prohibited.

Book bags and personal items are the responsibility of the individual. Please secure belongings.

No food or beverage of any kind, other than water in clearly identifiable containers, is allowed. Coffee, Gatorade, candy, gum, nuts, and seeds are prohibited in the Fieldhouse.
