ABOUT THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR

To best mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in our community, while providing excellence in education, H-F High School began the year with remote learning. This decision was made July 21 during a District 233 Board of Education special meeting. This difficult decision was made with the health and safety of our students, teachers, staff and community as our top concern, paired with a necessity to maintain our high academic expectations.

Health & Immunization Forms

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, many families are having difficulty accessing their doctor's office and complying with the deadline for health and immunization forms. Students who have not properly submitted proof of health exams and immunizations can continue with remote learning. However, students must provide proof of health exam and immunizations before being allowed to resume in-person learning. Although a return date for in-person learning has not yet been determined, it is essential that your student's health records are in compliance prior to returning to campus. If your students is a freshman or sophomore, please email health records to: [email protected]. If your student is a junior or senior, please email health records to: [email protected].
