2010-2011

(March 2011) Congratulations to Varsity Basketball Coach Jim McLaughlin for being named the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Class 3A/4A High School Co-Coach of the Year for District 8! He will be honored at the IBCA's 39th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Dinner on Saturday, April 30, at Illinois State University.

2008-2009

(May 2009) Congratulations to Athletic Director Joe Skowronski who was presented with a NIAAA Certificate of Merit at the IADA State Convention on May 3 in Springfield. He was presented with this award for his years of service in Athletic Administration and membership in the NIAAA and IADA.

Congratulations to Senior Nick Norris on his baseball signing with Judson University in Elgin. During his signing, Nick joined his family and his coaches, the Superintendent and Principal.

2007-2008

(May 2008) Soccer Coach and P.E. Teacher Todd Elkei has been named the Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association (IHSSCA) Girls Soccer Coach of the Year for 2008. This was determined by all of the coaches in the state of Illinois.

2006-2007

(May 2007) Physical Education Teacher Todd Elkei has been selected as the Sectional Coach of the Year.

(January 2007) Physical Education Teacher Kelly Meany will be inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at DePaul University. The club is an elite 20 Collegiate Hall of Fame.
