Selective Focus
The following photographs are from an assignment on selective focus. Using selective focus helps concentrate on a specific object in the photograph. This is done by focusing on one object and having the rest of the photograph be blurred, otherwise known as a shallow depth of field. In most cases this brings more meaning to the object that is in focus, and helps define it more.
