Staging a Master Painting as a Photo

	At left is the original Klimt painting that Marsha chose to mimic. She painted a background and she also painted fabric to serve as a costume for the model.
	Ms. Helsel helps Marsha prep the model for the shoot. Gold ribbons and other decorative items were used to mimic the detail in the original painting.
	A live snake was borrowed from the science room for one of the props.
	The shooting area is prepared and shooting begins.
	This Frida Khalo painting was chosen by Nikki.
	Unibrows were applied with makeup, so that the models resembled the subjects in the painting.
	A heart (borrowed from the Science department) and tubing with food coloring were used as props in this shoot. Nikki also sewed the costumes for the shoot.
	A backdrop was painted to resemble the background in the painting. The models were posed, along with the props in preparation for shooting.
