PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION WILL OPEN on November 28th and CLOSE ON December 9th (or when space is filled)
IMPORTANT ONLINE Participant Registration Process: Only the first 100 participants from Hart and 100 particpants from Parker, will be accpted. Space is limited to sign up TODAY! PLEASE BE SURE TO SELECT THE SCHOOL AT WHICH YOUR CHILD ATTENDS AND READ THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY. DIRECTORS: Our FIRST meeting will be held WEDNESDAY Dec. 14th at 4pm in Guidance (proceding a Bake Sale at 3pm)!
APPLICATIONS - You may ONLY apply for ONE of the following positions, however you may be considered for another. Print and complete the application of your choice (Word or PDF). Return the application to the Guidance Office at which time an interview will be scheduled. Applications will be accepted through Friday, December 2nd, 2016 OR until all the applicant slots have been filled.
Greeters - Activities - Registration - Evaluators: Open to freshmen but other classmen can also sign up. No application is needed. ONLY the FIRST 10 volunteers to sign up in guidance will be accepted. As a greeter, you will learn songs and energize the participants at Snowflake. As activities, you will assist with culinary work in the kitchen. As registration, you will check in participants as they arrive. As program evaluators, you will tally the evaluations of each large group.
Director App (in Word or Pdf): Do all the behind the scenes planning for Snowflake. We will accept only the FIRST 15 applicants, from which up to 9 will be chosen. To apply for Director, you must have been a participant AND a small group leader OR a teen director for EITHER Snowball or Snowflake. Available to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Support Staff App (in Word or Pdf): Create and perform skits at Snowflake that deliver a message. We will accept only the FIRST 20 applicants, from which up to 12 will be chosen. To apply for Support Staff, you must have attended an Operation Snowball or Snowflake and possess the desire/skill to perform on stage. Available to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Small Group Leader App (in Word or Pdf): Facilitate group discussion and activities at Snowflake. We will accept only the FIRST 35 applicants, from which up to 24 will be chosen. To apply for Small Group Leader, you must have attended an Operation Snowball or Snowflake. Available to Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.
Small Group Leader interviews will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
Director & Support Staff Interviews will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.
Staff will be posed ONLINE on Friday, December 9, 2015 at 3pm.
