After graduating from Indiana University in 2003 and moving on to the DePaul University College of Law and graduating in 2006, Ward practiced family law in Chicago until 2008. She then moved the Los Angeles, passed the California Bar and works at a family law firm, Fried and Goldsman. She lives with her husband, Adam in Hollywood, Calif.
